Parma European glory days memories are still alive. Ferry is a Vitesse fan and historian of his team that is writing a book about the story of his club around Europe.
To realize it, he is visiting the most important Clubs where Vitesse played and of course he made a stop in Parma, that faced Vitesse in the season of our first Uefa cup.
He attended the Parma vs Torino match and collected from Ultras and fans in town some very special memories for his book. He also donated to Centro Coordinamento Parma Clubs the original pennant of Arnhem game.
As you know Iceland is a land where many Parma fans come from, not last the Liechtenstein national football team coach Helgi Kolvidsson about whom we talked about some days ago.
Guðjón is a long time Parma fan that never forgets his team when travelling. Yesterday he attended Premier League match West Ham vs Everton in Olympic Stadium with a wonderful gialloblu jersey.
Tamas and his friends, in Germany to support Hungarian handball team took the chance for attending Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund in Allianz Arena.
Also here, like in Manchester, a Parma jersey is a proper dressing code.
Thanks Tamas, member of historical abroad fans club Parma Club Hungary.
Sooner or later we’ll be back on those stages. We all know it.
Sooner or later.
Jose Esteban, Spanish fan living in Germany, went visiting a couple of Europe most important Football theaters. You know, in theater there is a proper dressing code and if our friend could enter with that sweater on it probably means Parma is still on the guests list. They are waiting for us to come back.
An iconic jersey in a wonderful place, Vatnajokull National Park in Iceland. Due to weather condition we suppose the Italian fan Mattia brought that t-shirt just to take the pic for us.
Brave Mattia, don’t worry, Iceland is not cold there is just a different type of heat, as our Icelandic friend Gudjon use to repeat.
Meanwhile take care of not coming back with a strong cold!
This is such a special #TravellingParmigiani picture we should rename in #MeetingParmigiani. It is special because it represents one of the things that we are working for: support Parma fans meeting outside Italy.
Dave – the Wolverhampton PFW member from the very beginning – and Antonio, Italian, that is working in the local University and that sent us a pic from Molineux some weeks ago, met yesterday to play 5 a side football.
In the match also other country were represented: Brazil, Greece, Romania, Iran, Egypt and Germany but not Parma fans (for the moment)
We are really proud to have been the driving force for this meeting. This is Parma, this is Parma Family.
