First day of Serie A will be on 19th august at 830 pm, Parma will play on Sunday at Tardini against Udinese.
Second round will be on Sunday 26th but at 6 pm against SPAL (in Bologna, because Ferrara stadium is not available for works). In case Atalanta won’t pass the preliminary Europa League round, Spal vs Parma will be played on Monday 27th at 830 pm
Third round, and this is the most awaited news, will see Parma play in Tardini against Juventus on Saturday 1st September at 830 pm (always Rome time)
Fans are quite sure about it: first seria A Parma match of the season will be in Tardini.
How can they say this? With a reverse count.
Parma asked permission for playing 16th september, 4th match, away since in Parma there is a huge fair in Parma Fiere (Salone del Camper). Previous weekend there is national team stop so, reverse counting should be: 3rd home, 2nd away, 1st home.
Rule also says that there can be a consecutive home (or away) match only one time per round… chances that this fans are right are more than 50% in our opinion.
The only doubt regard Tardini… looking at the picture of the pitch that Marko (thanks a lot!) realized in our stadium on Tuesday… will works end on time?
Schedule will be revealed today, starting at 7 pm (Rome time) on Sky Sport.
Coppa Italia schedule was confirmed yesterday. Parma will play on 11st or 12nd August with Cremonese, Triestina or Pisa, depending on the results of previous rounds. In fact, the winner between Triestina and Pisa will play against Cremonese. We will play against the winner of this match in a single match in Tardini.
