Nobody will ever talk about Parma anymore

bbc_resurrection of parma

“Nobody will ever talk about Parma anymore” so they said on the other side of the river Enza, Reggiana supporters. We don’t call them Reggio Audace, in respect for their history (whatever it is) because football is made by fans, not by chairmen, televisions or courthouses.

Well, they was wrong.

Here and AT THIS UPDATED LINK you find a list of articles or podcasts about us. Something you can not miss at all and that can help you remember part of our history, the feeling of being in Tardini Curva Nord, the taste and the atmosphere there was and there is in Parma.

We are still with Frambo

We told you already Frambo story in that episode with Cassano in this article “Where we come from” that also link to a fundamental article by Roger Paul Mitchell.

We told about a t-shirt sale for pediatric hospital fund raising. Well, to prove the truth of what we were talking about this is a picture taken in Tardini Tribuna Ovest with two kids wearing “I’m with Frambo” t-shirt on Sunday 19th night match against Udinese.

It is the proof that it was not a matter of ultras violence nor a personalistic “taking the scene”. It was a matter or humanity, a matter of a fan representative asking respect for a Curva, for a worldwide fans base, even for a whole town.

Fans in Parma knows it and not just Curva ones. Everybody should know.

We found the pic on Facebook- thanks to Cesare Frambati to let us publish here – but we saw these kids with our own eyes. And it was not the first time it happened even if more than three years passed from the episode. That episode, between others, represents our proud reaction to who hurt us.

Where we come from

We arrive three years later but the article we are about to link you is so important for us that it has no time. It remembers us where we come from, what great (and transparent and loyal, and honest) things we did together in this time, and a story that needs to be remembered.

It is important not just for the story that tells, not just because it is from an English fan  (all of you knows how rare are this kind of contribution to our team). It is important because touch the main topic that Parma Fans Worldwide would like to communicate to abroad fans: Parma and Parmesan humanity.

Who – fans or players on the same level – have been in Parma for some times, who met parmesan people, knows that “kind of magic” so difficult to explain but so easy to understand.

Well, I guess Roger Paul Mitchell article is also about this.

You will probably remember the episode in which, during Parma bankrupt season, a Fan, Cesare, went down on the pitch talking to Cassano with his finger pointed on him. If you thought he was a brute, read the article by Roger Mitchell.

Moreover, some days after the episode, Cesare friends realized a T-shirt to support him against the massive and offensive attacks by hypocrite media. All the revenue was given to Parma Pediatric Hospital.
